Grilled Bok Choy With A Kick
This dish grills in minutes — let it marinade while your grill fires up, and cook while everything else rests. Suggested portion is 1 head of bok choy per person, but veggie lovers will happily eat more!
Ingredients
Marinade
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili flakes or paste (more/less depending on spice preference!)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, diced
Bok Choy — 1 head per guests (or more for veggie lovers)
Directions
Whisk marinade ingredients together in a large bowl
Prepare bok choy by removing bottom stalk, rinsing, then slicing lengthwise and rinsing again
[Optional] For an extra tender finished product, steam bok choy (stove top or microwave) for 2-3 minutes
Toss bok choy in marinade and let sit for a few minutes
Grill on each side until slightly charred — then enjoy while hot!
